It a form of encoded text it also known as cryptographic text it is a form encrypting the text or sort of information intially  the set of text has been encoded for private communication

How it's work 


The information to encrypt are base information it is encoded using the largest prime number and it as been send to the receiver Inbetween hacker can receive the encrypted data but the can't able to decrypt the data only receiver have the key of the encrypted data
Decryption is done by the receiver device
