Everyone will to control their dreams ,by naturally some people control their dreaming.

That term is called lucid dreaming.A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware of

dreaming.

A lucid also starts like normal dream ,when you aware you are in dream and that world is not real.

Then you will control your dream.

About half of the population has experienced lucid dreaming at least ones in their life time.

Their is no reason to be lucid dream comes which person.But some studies shows that people who are reflective or more introspective about their inner thoughts are more prone to lucid dream than others.
